Camp Wokanda, 620 E Boy Scout Rd, Chillicothe
Cost: $20 per family
An adult must attend with the scout. Siblings are welcome.
If you have to arrive late, please make arrangements with a leader to escort you to the campsite.
Sleeping options: Group cabins with bunk beds available or tent camping (bring own tent).
Food will be provided (Sat dinner & snacks, Sun breakfast & snacks, water to fill bottles).
Prepare to carry gear a significant distance from parking location.
DIRECTIONS:
Head north on IL-29/N Galena Rd. Turn Left on Old Galena Rd toward FC Peoria Complex. Continue straight through the round-about. Turn left on E Boy Scout Rd. Turn left into the Camp Wokanda complex. You will pass Davis Lake on your right. Turn right into the OA Lodge Parking lot. Leaders will meet you are the trailhead in the parking lot. You will have carts to transport gear along the trail to the ridge cabins.
