Adventure Camp Awards

The Scouts that attended Adventure Camp earned the shooting badge for archery and BB guns. For some Scouts, there is one more requirement to complete and then they will have earned a belt loop too.

For this camp, we will award the advancements based on the previous rank. For example, if you are a Tiger this year and a Wolf next year, you will receive the advancement for the Tiger.

For Tigers, Wolves and Bears, they can visit a pool and complete the final requirement. Webelos are already complete.

Contact Cristin once your final item is complete. All achievements earned over the summer should be submitted by September 1 to get the awards at the first Pack meeting of the year.

List of requirements completed at Camp:

Tigers: completed elective Floats and Boats requirements 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7. Can complete requirement 4 (show how to enter the water safely, blow your breath out under water, and do a prone glide) to finish earning this loop!

Wolves: completed elective Spirit of the Water requirements 1, 2, 3, and 4. Can complete requirement 5 (visit a local pool or public swimming area, and with qualified supervision, jump into water that is at least chest high, and try their best to swim at least 25 feet) to finish earning this loop!

Bears: completed elective Salmon Run requirements 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Can complete requirement 2 (visit a local pool or swimming area, go swimming or take a swimming lesson) to finish earning this loop!

Webelos: completed elective Castaway requirements la, 1c, 2a, 2b, 2c, and 2d, which completes this adventure in its entirety!

Each scout also completed the Cub Scout Shooting Sports Award Level 1 for both archery and BB guns, which earns them their rank’s Shooting Sports Patch.
