Our annual popcorn sales start September 8.
Pack 3017 will kick it off right with a POPCORN BLITZ!
STEP 1 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM
Short informational meeting on popcorn sales, prizes and deadlines.
STEP 2 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Popcorn Blitz!! Each family will be released on their own to call relatives and knock on doors! You will have 4 hours to take as many popcorn orders as you can.
STEP 3 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
POPCORN CELEBRATION with pizza & Pokemon Go!
Popcorn -> After a hard day of taking popcorn orders, return to the church to turn in your forms from that day. **The Scout selling the most popcorn to this point will win a TENT!
(Orders taken anytime between Sept 8 and Sept 10 count in the Blitz contest.)
Pizza -> We will provide pizza, lemonade & water. Each Scout is welcome to bring another dessert, snack or side to share.
Pokemon -> Did you know Forrest Hill Church is a Pokemon Go Gym? While we eat pizza, bring your tablet or phone and you can battle for your team to take over the gym.
(We will have some small activities for anyone without the Pokemon Go app.)
After the blitz, keep selling popcorn! You will receive another form and your sales up to this point will be included in your overall sales.
